Juniper Fairfield, 6 years old, is the student of the month for October. Â With a score of 50 points out of 50. Â Perfect!
She is a first grader at Indian Hill Primary School. In addition to piano, she likes computers and likes to draw. Â Her favorite piece to play at the piano is “Snack Time” by Faber and Faber.
Masquerade Musicale, October 28th, 2017.
Three of Dr. Rua’s students performed at Masquerade Musicale this past Halloween. Â Soren Fairfiel, Reid Pfaltzgraff-Carlson and Julia DiBenedetto (left to right) performed in their Halloween costumes at the 1:00 PM Recital at the Barns & Noble of Newport on the Levee, KY.
Dr. Olga Rua’s Piano Studio held its First Practice Competition September 5-30, 2017. The student who practiced the most and who won the title of “Champion” is: Madeleine Luther.
Madeleine won’t with over 45 hours of practice over the life of the competition. Her competitive nature helped her get ahead and keep the first place. She received a $100 prize and the first-place medal. She is 13 years old and is in 8th grade at Madeira Middle School, where she is part of the Volleyball and Basketball teams.
