Piano Studio
For the month of September, our studio had 6 students of the month! the Practice Competition has really inspired some serious practicing in the studio. We had 6 students with the highest preparation points for the month, they are: Helios Arias, Daphne Steele, Bob Reed, Marianna Gehring, Sarah Kelleher, and Tobin Kelleher.

As the piano studio’s year comes to an end, it is award time! Let’s honor the students who were best-prepared for each lesson during the school year September 2020 to August 2021.
Here are the students who received an award for their dedication and hard work last school year:
Student of the Year 2020-2021
Each student earns preparation points for each lesson. The student with more points each month becomes “Student of the Month”; the student with this honor for more months during the school year becomes “Student of the Year.”

Every two years, Dr. Rua Piano Studio holds a practice competition. The student that practices the most gets the title of “champion” and $150 in gift certificates! There are other prizes for other categories as well. Please see here the competition details and rules:
