Piano Studio
Last weekend, the best students from the OhioMTA-SW District gave a marvelous performance at Werner Recital Hall at CCM. The event was held on Saturday May 16, 1:00 PM. Representing our studio was Helios Arias, he performed a very expressive and sensitive performance of Allan’s La Vision. Congratulations Helios on a wonderful for performance!
For the month of March 2026, the studio has four “Students of the Month.” They are: Amelia Michael, Sanitra Stanley, Ahana Duggal, and Anjana Deepak. They tied for this award with a score of 30 points out of 30. Congratulations to all four for their hard work and dedication!
OhioMTA-Sothwest’s Auditions Festival was held March 8, 2026, at CMA, Cincinnati.
Four of Dr. Rua’s students participated, and here are the results:
Excellence Blue Ribbon (for beginner students with a score between 85-100): Akshara Baskar, Anjana Deepak, and Marcel Monnin.
Red Ribbon (for beginner students with a score between 70-84): Liam Johnson
